Drum Parts Inc., was founded in 1947
Operating from a 15,000 Sq.Ft. Plant in Cleveland, Ohio
In 1969 Group Industries, an Ohio incorporated holding company, purchased Drum Parts Inc.
Group Industries opened a second plant in Birmingham, Alabama named Drum Parts-South
A Chicago competitor was purchased in 1973 with Lane "Bud" Zamin joining the company as Plant Manager in charge of manufacturing and sales. This operation was then incorporated as Drum Parts-Midwest, Inc.
Today, Drum Parts Inc. and Drum Parts-Midwest, Inc. operate as a single corporate entity with multiple locations. With over 50 Years of experience in manufacturing pail, fiber, plastic, and steel drum rings for the packaging industry. The company has since developed many long term customer relationships on a world wide scale.
In 2005, Lane "Bud" Zamin purchased Group Industries and the two locations Drum Parts Inc., and Drum Parts-Midwest, Inc. The two locations are under the management of Arron L. Elkins and Curtis Crowder. Drum Parts satisfies your packaging needs with the help of its capable staffs and employees.
In 2007, Steven A. Zamin, came on board full time as our Vice President / Outside Sales to work closely with you, our customers to make your experience with our company a favorable one.
